McCourts: Arthur Dicken

Arthur Dicken - Facilitation: Arthur has been with McCourts for eight years, following 35 years experience in plant engineering, process design, project management, business development, business management and latterly in the management and restructuring of large manufacturing sites.

He was Manufacturing Manager for the ICI Group and a Director of ICI Technology. He was appointed to the National Manufacturing Council and to a CBI Regional Executive, and was a member of the first Technology Foresight Panel for Manufacturing and Process Systems. He is also deputy Chair of an NHS acute hospital trust.

He has worked with McCourts on manufacturing business performance improvement, in the management of organisational change, and in the development and delivery of strategic business plans with Boards and senior management groups. He has extensive experience as a coach, facilitator and mentor in a variety of business situations.
